Recognizing and Responding to Elder Fraud
I developed this training module for my church family as we reach out to educate others about frauds and scams, particularly those that target the elderly. This module includes 18 scam scenarios, a video about how to report elder fraud, a 50-question knowledge assessment with certificate, and numerous resources from the FBI and other sources.
Managing Heat Pump Settings
This video was developed for our good friends at White Mechanical. It provides detailed instructions for temporarily disabling heat pump operation during ice storms - a known issue with heat pump systems.

How to Visit Someone in the Hospital
This is a brief course that I developed to teach folks how to visit someone in the hospital, including what to say and do, things to avoid, and basic infection control and isolation precautions for visitors. The course includes two videos I developed (about 6 and 8 minutes), some embedded YouTube videos, several slides, and a 25-question final quiz. The course is currently hosted on our church website. This course was developed with Adobe Captivate 12, TechSmith Camtasia Pro and SnagIt, ElevenLabs, VideoLens, and Microsoft Word.
